This herbal tea blend can promote longer, more frequent, and vivid dreams which enhances the ability to lucid dream.We basically spend 1/3rd of our lives sleeping. Calea Zacatechichi / Mexican Dream Herb/ Bitter Grass: Ancient Aztec used this herb within their religious ceremonies for divination and healing. Known to induce powerful, vivid, memorable, and sometimes strangely prophetic dreams.
Blue Lotus: A symbol of spirituality and mysticism, native to Egypt. For centuries, this ancestral flower has has been used to induce deep meditative energy, enhance third eye function and motivate lucid dreaming.

To brew loose leaf tea, measure 1 tablespoon of herbs and place them in a tea bag, infuser, or directly in a pot if you're boiling them. Pour 8oz or 1 cup minimum of boiling water over the herbs and let them steep for 5-15 minutes, adjusting the time to your preferred strength. If boiling directly, strain the herbs before serving. Enjoy your freshly brewed tea, and feel free to adjust the amount of herbs or steeping time to suit your taste. Pinkies up!
