Goddess Squat Yoni Steam

Yoni is a Sanskrit word, meaning the divine passage or source of life. This is a delicate yet effective organic herbal blend for overall womb health and restoration. In yoga there is a pose called goddess squat or Utkata  Konasana.

You sit or squat over the steamed herbs and the warm vapor will soften and open the pores of the vaginal and vulvar skin so the medicinal properties from the herbs can be absorbed. 

Directions:  Simmer 1/4 cup herbs in 4-6 cups of water for about 5 minutes, then allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Pour into heatproof bowl or pot, alway keep covered prior to using to maintain the steam. Set up a comfortable, private space where you can sit or squat. Wear a long skirt or drape a towel or blanket around your lower body to trap the steam, remove underwear, and sit over the bowl for 15-20 minutes, allowing the steam to gently soothe and cleanse the vaginal area. Using this time to mediate, pray and connect to the womb. Pour herbs back into the earth when finished.
