To brew loose leaf tea, measure 1 tablespoon of herbs and place them in a tea bag, infuser, or directly in a pot if you're boiling them. Pour 8oz or 1 cup minimum of boiling water over the herbs and let them steep for 5-15 minutes, adjusting the time to your preferred strength. If boiling directly, strain the herbs before serving.
